Visions die and rise again

Flowers are beautiful and their magnificent colours can brighten a room and bring life to a garden. Many flowers though have to die completely in winter to re-seed before they can spring up again in spring to once again bear flowers.

Very often our visions can be like that. They grow and bring forth evidence of life, then sometimes to us, without understanding why, they die.

This is when most of us give up on our dreams, which is very much like raking out all the seeds from the ground. What we need to learn to do, is to allow the winter season to do it's work and just keep the ground in good condition. Then when our spiritual spring comes, the seed will grow again and bear flowers.

Never give up on your dreams. They are precious to God and worth looking after.
