There is something about the look in a persons eyes before a passionate embrace, that softens the heart and causes us to surrender to the love they offer us.
It is no different in worship, for we must first behold the glory of God before our hearts are willing to surrender in worship to him.
Hebrews 4 tells us that we have the right, by the blood of Jesus, to enter the throne of Grace. I want to encourage you to draw near to God at this time of year when our lives can so easily be over run by food and festivities.
Remember as you draw close to God he is infinantly more in love with you than you can ever understand.
