Some days it feels like Satan himself has rocked up and knocked on your door to say Hello. It feels like nothing is going to go right. So how do you boot the devil out the door and get back to some form of normality when that happens?
I definitely feel that seeking solice by getting away from the agitation and just taking a few minutes to go for a walk and get some fresh air can really help to calm things down. Sometimes you just need to be by yourself to get back to yourself..... If you know what I mean.
I wish I could say that everything will be a walk in the park, or that the situation will automatically change, but I do know that things will definitely calm down and that you will be able to function more productively. Certain things do become clearer and the day should become easier to work through.
So hang in there through the rough moments, because things will perk up!
