Most of us have had either exciting or nerve wrecking experiences in life that we have looked forward to with either great excitment or fear. I wonder which emotions dominated Christs thoughts as he walked his final week as a mortal being.
There must have been fear and dread, knowing what betrayal, pain and death lay before him. He knew his Spirit would be safe in the hands of God. He knew his flesh would be destroyed, but I wonder if he pondered the effects of the week ahead on his Soul?
BUT, as I've said before, he knew the plan! He must have wondered, if he too would leave the grave looking like Lazurus? But then he must have smiled, knowing that his ressurection, would be like one no eyes had seen before!
