There is nothing more fun than having a great big family meal. The laughter and chatter is contagious and the joy lasts for hours afterwards.
For many though, family time is no longer a possibility. Consider the lonely elderly who have no family that are in Old age homes. Consider orphans who would love to spend just one day with a family.
Less dramatic but equally difficult may be the friend who won't be able to get home to their family because they have to work during the Christmas season.
If you are able, invite someone who will be alone at Christmas to join you at your Christmas table.
