The earth: God's most magnificent creation! It sustains life with the exact balace of heat and cold. The distance from the sun precisely calculated to allow for this balance. God is the earth's and our source of life. He has planned every detail of what you need to be sustained.
Earth or clay are used to manufacture bricks used to construct homes that protect us from the harsh elements. God's spirit covers us and protects us from harm.
The earths textures are diverse. Sea sand, clay, potting soil, all have different functions. So too are God's people different and diverse. We are all unique and possess the different components needed within the body of Christ.
It is interesting too then that for the most part, precious metals and gem stones are burried deep within the earth. Our gifts and talents may be visible but their source is burried deep within our souls. As you grow in God, these gifts will become more obvious and you'll be able to access these treasures more fully..... I think it is time to get digging!
