I had a chat with someone today who
thought I was going to be very angry that they had made a mistake
with something. NOT. If there's one thing I know and claim as a
fundamental human right is that we all make mistakes, especially if
the act was unintentional. We all need to show a little grace.
After all, isn't that what God gave us,
and so much more? Doesn't Ephesians 2 v 8 tell us that we are saved
by grace and that we could not have earned it? The gift of salvation
is free and given with grace and I feel we should give love and
forgiveness freely as well.
The more we give the grace of
forgiveness the more people will trust us with their love. Yes, love
should be unconditional but we must remember that we are fallible and
it is hard to give love freely, therefore we must act with patience.
