Do you have friends whom you may see
now only once in a while, but in years gone by you were almost
inseparable choosing to spend time together as often as possible? Do
you find now that when you see those friends that there is no need
for small talk and pleasantries but you really can pick up where you
left off and just carry on? Well those relationships are rare and
precious.
We can have the same relationship with
the word of God today. When we have made friends with the word of
God and we know each other well, we can have the freedom to just pick
up our scriptures where we left and enjoy wonderful fellowship with
God through His Word.
Where is your relationship with God's
word at right now? Have you been ignoring your time? Don't feel
guilty but know that God is waiting with open arms to receive you and
bless you through His presence and love, so why not pick up where you
left off with the Word of God today?
