Recently I've been doing abdominal
training but mostly with crunches, stretches and ball work but I
wasn't quite getting the results I wanted. This weekend I decided to
add back some Ab machines and full body lift resistance training.
The result? PAIN!
Now bruised muscles need a day to heal
but you cannot stop there. You have to get back to training those
muscles as quickly as possible, burning through the pain. That's when
you get the best fat burning results, but it is not easy.
In life trials come to us and there is
no doubt they cause us pain along the way, but the same is true for
our emotions and faith as it is for muscles, you have to get back to
working that area again as quickly as possible. The same way
training burns away fat, so too trials burn away the rough edges of
our character and we are left with an awesome result, a strong and
healthy faith.
If you are feeling bruised and in pain,
don't stay there. Get back up as quickly as possible and move
forward with life and your relationship with God.
