Food for thought

I just could not keep my eyes open last night, so I decided an early night was in order. Financial year end is a really tough time of year, but when your auditors are due to arrive in less than a month thereafter, the pressure is really on.

You can let the pressure break you or you can step up to the plate and take your swing with the bat. Ensuring a healthy body, soul and spirit goes along way to giving you the strength you need at these times.

I'll admit that getting to gym has slipped off the priority list but the energy spent gardening did help. That being said, getting back to gym at least a couple of times a month will definitely be a must. Building a strong spirit means your spirit needs the same kind of sustenance as your body does. So what does this spiritual diet consist of:

Air – Acknowledging the work of the Holy Spirit and allowing Him to touch your life.
Food – Healthy doses of the word of God.
Water – Fluidity – Connectedness to other Christians for comfort and soothing.

So how's your diet doing?
